This neighborhood blend of Frantoio and Ascolano olives is slightly more pungent and bitter, than fruity. It is medium robust with artichoke, herbaceous, and grassy green fruit flavors. Try it atop bruschetta or with chocolate. Drizzle it over good-quality vanilla ice cream, then sprinkle with sea salt!
